Imperial Fishing Delivery NPCs Dius - Epheria Rai - Glish Karon - Velia Hirio - Splashing Point Balleo - Valencia Those are the ones listed in the Patch Notes and I added locations from BDDatabase, which currently doesn't have their locations on the map. cat fishing Dius in Epheria is on the wharf, as is Karon in Velia (rather hidden by Croix NPC)
